This year I watched the World Cup nearly every day and I had the pleasure of watching the final outside at Doloros Park. It was France vs Italy and among my group I was the only one cheering for Italy. And contrary to the Mooney curse, they won! I have no idea how many people were there but there was lots and lots. I think the wondeful weather may have had something to do with it too. I am going to miss things like this, random occassions when people congregate in the city, but I am sure when it stops raining they do that in London too. (it does stop raining there right?)
